Last Updated: August 22, 2026

Welcome to the website of Shree Kunj Garden (“Shree Kunj Garden”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using https://shreekunjgarden.com/ or enquiring about, booking, or using our banquet hall and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking or using our services.

1. About Our Services

Shree Kunj Garden provides venue and event-related services for weddings, receptions, parties, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, social gatherings, and other functions.

Details regarding venue availability, capacity, facilities, catering, decoration, accommodation, pricing and other services may vary depending on the event and booking arrangement.

Specific terms agreed with a customer at the time of booking may take precedence over general information published on this website.

2. Enquiries and Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other communication channel does not automatically constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Availability has been confirmed by Shree Kunj Garden;
  • The applicable booking amount or advance payment has been received; and
  • The booking has been acknowledged or confirmed by Shree Kunj Garden.

We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or booking where the requested date, time, facilities, or requirements cannot be accommodated.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the date, event type, number of guests, selected facilities, catering requirements, decoration, accommodation, duration of use, and other arrangements.

The final price and payment schedule will be communicated to the customer before confirmation of the booking.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, additional services, overtime charges, or other costs may be charged separately where applicable.

Customers are responsible for making payments within the agreed timeframes.

Failure to make a required payment on time may result in the booking being cancelled or the requested services being withheld, subject to the agreed booking terms.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the booking, event date, services selected, and amount already spent or committed by Shree Kunj Garden.

Any applicable cancellation charges and refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking or as part of the booking confirmation.

Advance payments may be non-refundable where expenses, reservations, preparations, or third-party commitments have already been incurred.

Where a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment method.

Customers should contact Shree Kunj Garden as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an event.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to change the event date are subject to availability and approval by Shree Kunj Garden.

A rescheduling request may involve additional charges, revised pricing, or loss of certain promotional rates depending on the circumstances.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of the requested alternative date.

6. Event Timings

Customers must use the venue only during the agreed booking period.

Additional charges may apply where an event, guest activity, decoration, setup, cleanup, or other activity extends beyond the agreed time.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their guests, decorators, caterers, photographers, entertainers, and other service providers comply with the agreed timings and venue rules.

7. Guest Conduct

Customers are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests while using the premises.

The following activities are not permitted:

  • Any unlawful activity;
  • Violent, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behaviour;
  • Activities that may endanger guests, staff, or property;
  • Damage or intentional misuse of the venue or its facilities;
  • Any activity prohibited by applicable law or by the venue’s reasonable safety requirements.

Shree Kunj Garden reserves the right to take reasonable action, including stopping an activity or asking individuals to leave the premises, where necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or protection of property.

8. Damage to Property

The customer may be held responsible for damage caused to the venue, furniture, fixtures, equipment, decorations, rooms, vehicles or other property by the customer, their guests, contractors, vendors, or other persons associated with the customer’s event.

Where appropriate, the cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, restoration, or other reasonable expenses may be recovered from the customer.

Customers should immediately inform the management of any accidental damage or safety issue.

9. Decorations and Outside Vendors

Any external decorator, caterer, photographer, entertainer, event planner, equipment supplier, or other third-party service provider brought onto the premises must comply with the venue’s rules and reasonable requirements.

Prior approval may be required for certain external vendors or installations.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that external vendors do not damage the premises or interfere with the safety, operation, or rights of other guests.

Shree Kunj Garden may require the removal or modification of any installation, decoration, equipment, or activity that creates a safety risk or may cause damage to the property.

10. Catering and Food

Where catering is provided by Shree Kunj Garden, the menu, quantity, service arrangements, and applicable charges will be based on the booking agreement.

Where outside food or catering is permitted, the customer and/or outside caterer may be responsible for compliance with applicable food-safety requirements.

Shree Kunj Garden is not responsible for food supplied by an independent third-party caterer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Customers should inform the venue of relevant dietary requirements or allergies in advance. However, reasonable care does not guarantee that cross-contamination or accidental exposure can be completely eliminated.

11. Personal Belongings and Vehicles

Customers and guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents, jewellery, cash, electronic devices, luggage, and other possessions.

Shree Kunj Garden does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless liability is imposed by applicable law.

Guests should take reasonable precautions and avoid leaving valuable items unattended.

Where parking is available, vehicles should be parked only in designated areas. Customers and guests remain responsible for their vehicles and belongings kept inside them, subject to applicable law.

12. Photography and Event Content

Customers may arrange photography and videography for their events, subject to reasonable venue requirements.

Where Shree Kunj Garden takes photographs or videos for promotional or operational purposes, we will make reasonable efforts to respect applicable privacy requirements.

Customers who arrange professional photographers, videographers, or other media providers are responsible for their activities and for obtaining any permissions or consents required by law.

Shree Kunj Garden may work with or provide information about third-party service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, prices, availability, warranties, and policies.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Shree Kunj Garden is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, cancellations, or failures of independent third-party service providers.

15. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Shree Kunj Garden will not be responsible for delays, cancellation, interruption, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbances, power or utility failures, transportation disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and, where practical, offer an alternative arrangement.

Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or other remedy will depend on the circumstances, amounts already incurred, third-party commitments, and applicable law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shree Kunj Garden will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the venue or website.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
